Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain the legal agreement between Russkinbox (“we”, “us”, or “our”) and you (“Customer”, “you”, or “your”). By creating an account or using our email marketing platform, you agree to follow these Terms. Therefore, please read them carefully alongside our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, and Anti-Spam Policy.

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to make binding contracts to use this service.
• Account Accuracy: You must give correct and complete details when you sign up. In addition, you are responsible for keeping your contact and payment details up to date.
• Account Security: You’re fully responsible for keeping your password and login details safe. If you think someone else is using your account, notify us straight away at info@russkinbox.com.

Russkinbox provides online email marketing tools that run on trusted third-party systems and cloud services.

• Licence Grant: We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to log in and use our platform for your own business work.
• Platform Changes: We always work to improve our tools. Because of this, we have the right to change, update, or stop specific features. However, we will give you reasonable notice whenever we can.
• Third-Party Systems: When you use our service, you must also follow the rules and terms of the underlying tech companies we work with.

We have a strict zero-tolerance rule for spam and bad marketing practices.

• Permission-Based Emailing: You must get clear, real permission from every person before you send them emails. Therefore, importing bought, rented, scraped or shared email lists is strictly banned.
• Domain Authentication: You must set up correct SPF, DKIM, and DMARC settings on your email domain before you send any campaigns.
• Sending Limits: You must keep your email list clean. If your campaigns get too many complaints or bounce back too often (such as spam complaints near 0.1% or bounce rates over 5%), we may pause or close your account straight away without giving you a refund.
• Unsubscribe Links: Every email must have a clear, working unsubscribe link together with standard RFC 8058 One-Click headers. Furthermore, all unsubscribe requests must be completed within 48 hours.

• Subscription Cycles: Our service works on a repeating subscription plan (monthly or yearly). As a result, your plan will renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it before the renewal date.
• Payments: We process payments safely through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment systems. By signing up, you allow us to charge your chosen payment card for all needed fees.
• Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings. However, all payments are non-refundable, unless the law says otherwise.

• Your Data: You own all of your subscriber data, contact lists, and uploaded content. Thus, you can download your data at any time before you close your account.
• Data Processing: We handle personal data according to our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement. When it comes to your subscriber data, you act as the Data Controller, while Russkinbox acts strictly as the Data Processor.

• Termination by You: You can close your account whenever you like through your account dashboard.
• Suspension or Termination by Us: We may pause or close your account straight away if you break these Terms, break our Anti-Spam Policy, miss payments, or do anything illegal.
• Effect of Termination: As soon as your account is closed, your right to use the platform stops immediately. Active account data is deleted within 30 days, but blocked email lists are kept forever so people cannot send to them without permission in the future.

You agree to protect Russkinbox, its managers, workers, and partners from any legal claims or costs. This includes any losses or legal fees linked to your actions. This applies if you break these terms, send improper email content or break anti-spam and privacy laws.

• “As-Is” Service: Russkinbox is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not make any special promises or guarantees. We always try our best to keep everything running smoothly. However, we cannot guarantee that the service will be error-free or run without interruptions.
• Cap on Liability: As far as UK law allows, Russkinbox is not responsible for extra losses. This includes lost money, lost data, or stopped business operations. In any case, our liability has a strict limit. Accordingly, the maximum money we could owe you will never exceed the total fees you paid us in the past 12 months.

These terms, and any legal arguments linked to them, follow the laws of England and Wales. Both parties agree that any legal matters will be handled only by the courts of England and Wales.

We often update these terms from time to time to match new laws or platform changes. If we make big changes, we will let you know by email or through a message on your dashboard before they start. If you keep using the platform, it means you accept the new terms.
